​As a mental health supervisor for practicum students and interns, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and enriching environment where aspiring mental health professionals can gain invaluable experience. My role involves providing comprehensive supervision, mentorship, and guidance to ensure that students not only fulfill their required hours but also develop the practical skills, ethical understanding, and professional confidence necessary for their future careers. Through regular supervision sessions, collaborative case discussions, and hands-on training, I strive to create a learning space where students feel encouraged to grow, ask questions, and refine their clinical abilities while making a meaningful impact on the lives of the clients they serve.
I provide treatment services for individuals, couples, and families that cover a variety of behavioral techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, stress management, boundary training, healing trauma, increasing self-worth, assertiveness training, mood management, anxiety reduction, empowerment, and work/life balance.
